To ensure safe and reliable use during the winter, we highly recommend regular maintenance. For customers who are subscribed to "Hokuden Gas," we offer the "Emergency Free Service," which covers emergency call-out fees in case of gas equipment issues (available 24/7, 365 days a year). Additionally, we offer "Emergency Plus," a compensation service for heating source failures in central heating systems. We strongly recommend enrolling in this service for added peace of mind.

Why Replace System Water (Antifreeze)
System water (antifreeze) prevents corrosion and freezing of boilers and pipes. After two years, its effectiveness declines, potentially causing malfunctions like leaks or blockages. Replacement every two years is recommended.

Free Support Service
This service provides peace of mind by offering free on-site support for gas equipment troubles. While other companies charge dispatch fees (typically several thousand yen), all Hokuden Gas customers can use this service at no cost.

This service is designed for customers using high-cost repair systems like gas central heating (e.g., Eco-Jozu). For ¥800/month (including tax), the following benefits are included:
